  1. As I criss-cross the country, I am constantly reminded of Glowball Warming. The weather people are constantly saying things like “10 to 30 degrees below normal” all over the country. Dallas (which gets very little sub-freezing weather in winter) shut down due to ice all over the place–in Autumn. Flagstaff with 12 inch forecasts. Albuquerque below freezing. Detroit’s highs in the teens when normal lows are 23.

  2. We’re getting ready for our third storm in a week on Saturday. This one is supposed to dump 5 to 8 inches of snow. To me, not a huge storm considering we have had a few 20 to 30 inch storms.
