My darling bride (of 24 years, two months and 13 days) and I have been on vacation, with stops in Milford, Pennsylvania, Salem, Massachusetts, and Old Orchard Beach, Cliff Island and Kennebunkport in Maine. I took 391 pictures, most of which I’ll publish on flicker and Facebook, but, just to egg on our liberal readers, I figured that I’d add this one that I took of the Kennebunkport home of former President George H W Bush.

One thing we really appreciated is that even though the town has to have a place from which people can photograph the home, they didn’t tourist-trap up the place. It’s just a place to park along the side of the road, with some steps down, and a small plaque.
More pictures below the fold.
