Low-risk, indeed. I’m sure Mr. Williams is a fine, upstanding gentleman, but it makes me wonder how many of the other detainees are in that same category? And one more thing; since when did someone breaking our immigration laws become a noncriminal? Isn’t that a legitimate question to ask?
