Black Actress Endorses Mitt Romney, ‘Tolerant Left’ Shows True Colors

Actress Stacey Dash endorsed Mitt Romney on Twitter and the oh-so-tolerant left showed their true colors.

Actress Stacey Dash, who has starred in everything from the 90′s hit Clueless to CSI, prompted a firestorm on Twitter after publicly endorsing Republican nominee Mitt Romney, and then standing by her opinion.

“Vote for Romney. The only choice for your future. @mittromney @teamromney #mittromney #VOTE #voteromney,” Dash wrote on her official Twitter page, accompanied by a photo of herself with an American flag.

Not long after, presumed Obama supporters began insulting Dash for her opinion, saying she isn’t “black” enough, several even asking if the actress would just “kill herself.”

One man wrote: “This hurts but you a Romney lover and you slutting yourself to the white man only proves why no black man married u @REALStaceyDash.”

As news of Dash’s treatment spread, however, First Amendment-lovers nationwide began voicing their support for the actress using the hashtag #ISupportStaceyDash. (Read More)

(H)er political viewpoint has become the subject of online attacks, with many expressing crude distaste that she isn’t endorsing President Obama – and race has become a key motivator behind the digital abuse.

“You’re an unemployed black woman endorsing Mitt Romney. You’re voting against yourself thrice. You poor beautiful idiot,” one Twitter user wrote, while @Black Voice wrote, “Stacey Dash had a perm since birth. I knew I couldn’t trust her.. lol.”

Others accused the actress of “voting for white supremacy,” claiming she “is white with a dark tan,” and calling Dash a slur of offensive names.

Several other Obama supporters even went as far as to encourage “the old hag” to “kill herself.” One suicide encourager is listed as a doctor and politically active Democrat in Washington D.C., and although he reportedly has deleted the inflammatory “kill yourself” tweet, it was captured by social media news site, Twitchy.com.

Now, according to our friends on the left, Fox News is just so conservatively biased as to be untrustworthy, but when I did a Google search for stacey dash Romney at 6:48 PM EDT, I found that among the mainstream media, only Fox News had even covered the story. Nothing from The New York Times, nothing from ABC, CBS, CNN or NBC. The closest things I could find that came from anything even remotely resembling the professional media were an article from the Huffington Post and a CBS local radio station. Or does MTV News count, too?

The liberal blogs didn’t seem to make the first several pages of the Google search, either.

But what strikes me — or at least used to strike me; I’m used to this now — is the notion on the part of our friends on the left that while white males are allowed to have a wide range of opinions, are allowed to think for themselves, no other group is. Women, blacks, Hispanics, homosexuals, you name it, anyone other than heterosexual white males (and that probably means just white male Christians and Jews) are simply not given enough respect by our friends on the left to be allowed to think for themselves. Why, it’s almost as if liberals don’t think that anyone other than a white male is intelligent enough to think for himself, is smart enough to look at the facts and draw his own conclusions.

Your Editor thinks that’s racism . . . and he doubts that our liberal friends even realize it.
